A crisp sunny morning at Lyrebird Park for round three against United. Milton started strong with a few early shots on goal and showed strong defence. Milton scored early in the first half with United quick to respond and equalise. The start of the second half saw Milton under pressure but they were able to turn this around and dominated possession. The team displayed some great defence and teamwork on the field as the second half progressed allowing Milton to come away with the win 4-1. Thanks to coach Paul and manager Kelly for their efforts with the team and we look forward to next weeks double header against Shoalhaven Heads Berry and St Georges Basin at the Lighthouse Oval.
