Complaints

To make an official complaint please email the club directly.

We can only accept complaints if they are submitted in writing. Confidentiality is of high priority and so only the committee of the club will be able to see your complaint and will endeavour to act on it quickly and efficiently. We take all complaints seriously and will always endeavour to solve the issue regardless of who is involved.
