Registrations for 2025 are now OPEN!
Please review the MUFC Terms and Conditions for Registration, prior to registering yourself or your child.
A upgraded registration platform has been introduced by FNSW and the SDFA in 2025, named PlayFootball 2.0.
This upgrade has introduced a few changes into the registration process. If assistance is needed with the registration process, please refer to our MUFC User Guide.
We accept the Active and Creative Kids Voucher so make sure to enter your voucher number when you register!
Important Notes About Your Registration:
Registration packages are based on the age you are turning this calendar year. e.g. A player who is turning 12 this year should select the ‘Player | 12 years’ package regardless of whether they intend to play in the U12 or U14 competition.
Primary Girls registrations must be made through the ‘Player | Primary Girls’ package, and not the general U8/9/10 registration packages.
Team numbers are capped based on SDFA regulations. Where registration numbers exceed this cap, but do not exceed the cap by enough to create an additional full team, those additional players may be unable to play for MUFC and would have their rego refunded. Players who register first will receive priority in these cases, so please register early to avoid disappointment.
While we understand that the children may have friends who may also register to play, we are unable to guarantee your children will be able to be placed in the same team as their current friends. Fortunately, football and team sports in general provide a great opportunity for all players to make new friends and develop valuable social skills as well as having a great time playing.
Please review MUFC’s Registration Terms & Conditions (above) and contact us via email prior to registering if you have any questions or concerns.

Why don’t the MUFC Terms and Conditions don’t Display properly?

My child is turning 11 this year but I want them to play up in U12. Why can’t I register them using the Player | 12 years rego product?
Players must be registered based on the age they are turning in 2025, regardless of which competition they wish to play in. Did you know that registration fees increase based on the age of the player? So to register into an older age group may result in you paying additional fees that you otherwise don’t need to. By registering based on their actual age you potentially save money. In relation to the competition you’d like them to play in, there is a question within the registration product which will allow you to specify this information (e.g. U12s) if they wish to play in a compeition which does not align to their actual age.
