Dear MUFC Coaches and Managers,
As we continue to prepare for our upcoming matches, we wish to reiterate the importance of completing team sheets correctly and in a timely manner. Please carefully review the following guidelines to ensure compliance and avoid potential fines or penalties for the club.
For All Age Groups:
- Under 9s: Please use the online team sheet and enter scores at the game's conclusion. This practice is crucial for managers and coaches to familiarise themselves with the process for future seasons.
- Under 10s and Older, Including Seniors: Online team sheets are mandatory. The HOME team must complete the team sheet online, print it, and bring it to the game for completion by the referee/cadet referee/game leader post-match.
Key Points:
- Fines and Penalties: Missing shirt numbers or players not listed on the team sheet will result in fines and penalties.
- Submission: After the game, a photo of the team sheet must be sent via text to the appropriate contact person (Stacey for juniors and Caylie for seniors). Please leave physical team sheets in the clubhouse canteen.
Attached Information:
We've attached detailed instructions on how to complete online team sheets, including login details, filling out, printing instructions, and post-game procedures. Please review this document thoroughly to ensure smooth operations on game days.
Cut-off Times for Online Submission:
- Monday - Thursday Games: 4pm on the day of the game
- Saturday Junior Games: 6pm on Fridays
- Saturday Senior Games: 10am on the day of the game
Post-Game:
- Ensure scores are entered online no later than 6pm for Saturday games and immediately after weekday games.
- The HOME team is responsible for mailing the completed team sheets to SDFA as per rule 3-11. (The MUFC district delegate will collect from the canteen)
Should you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out. It's crucial that we all adhere to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable season for all.
