2024 Junior Summer Soccer
This year we are running three mixed competitions on Monday afternoons.
Leopards - Ages 9 and 10, kick off 4.00pm, 4.55pm
Pumas - Ages 11 and 12, kick off 4.55pm, 5.50pm
Panthers - Ages 13, 14 and 15, kick off 6.45pm
The format is 20min halves with a 5min half time. Game times are managed with a siren from the Clubhouse. The season will kick off on Monday the 14th of October and finish on the 16th of December with an End of Season BBQ.
Parent assistants are required on the sideline to manage subs each week.
We require support to set up and pack down fields, and to man the BBQ each week. If this is something you can assist with, please contact the club email admin@mufc.net.au to let us know!
The Junior Summer Soccer Committee will select teams to create an even competition. This is a fun, social competition and therefore scores will not be recorded and no table will be kept. Players are swapped between teams on the day as necessary to ensure even team numbers.
Wear comfy clothing, shin guards, boots and bring a water bottle. The boot bin will be available each week, located at the Clubhouse.
Team bibs will be provided on the day. Players not wearing shin guards will not be permitted to participate due to safety.
